First Look: The Green House

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are proud to introduce our first flip, dubbed the “green house”!

This “charming” property offers plenty of lovely details like hardwood floors:

an “open concept”:

three bedrooms:

a full basement:

a fully forested mudpit yard (we think the city decided on “the Maple City” for Goshen after they drove past our property):

Lots of ‘vintage’ windows:

a fairly new green metal roof (thus the affectionate nickname):

And lots of cobwebs, dirt, and smelly smells.
